The space We love the ground floor:   - the large comfortable living room with its fitted and equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, raclette set, bottle warmer, blender, fryer, waffle maker, food processor...) - but especially its large, enclosed, quiet and secluded courtyard where children can have fun safely while the older ones prepare the barbecue or enjoy the garden furniture and sunbathing. - The freezer, washing machine, and dryer are located in the small garage that can house your bikes, strollers, surfboards or roof boxes On the 1st floor:   - A mezzanine with living room, connected TV (Chromecast with Canal+, Netflix and Disney+) and books about the region offers you its tranquility, - 2 master bedrooms (1 bed 160*200 and a bed 140*190) each with a bathroom including a shower and a toilet. - The 2nd floor offers you a view of the bay from the large skylights in each room. It includes: - 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160*190 and 2 beds 90*190 that can be brought together) with 2 bathrooms (including a bathtub), a changing table on wheels, - A toilet - And the mezzanine which hosts a space dedicated to children (games, toys, books on the sea and Brittany, connected TV with Chromecast with Canal+, Netflix and Disney+) Bonus: beds made on arrival Rental only from Sunday to Sunday to better accommodate you. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal as well as the small garage to house your bikes, surfboards... but also the 70 m2 yard Other things to note The price includes: tourist tax, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, laundry, toilet paper, provision of tea towels, garbage bags, cleaning products, on-demand loan of children's equipment (baby bed, thick mattress, fitted sheet, sleeping bag, bath towel, changing mat, small potty, toilet seat adapter, playpen, safety gate, bouncer, bottle warmer, high chair, bathtub, folding stroller) The price does not include: energy consumption, cleaning at the rate of €80, the "towels" option at the rate of €10/person Dogs are welcome after agreement with the owners. A supplement of €50/animal is requested. They can access the living room, garage and enclosed yard. Access to the floor is strictly prohibited. 2 bowls are at their disposal. We cannot accept cats due to allergy reasons.
