Great sites for diving & snorkeling nearby, resp. in front of the house. Villa comprises a main building and 2 separate guest houses; suitable for couples, families and small groups up to 6 people. The entire property is at your exclusive disposal. Included are breakfast, laundry service and room cleaning; lunch and dinner optional. The space Spend your vacation in complete privacy without abstaining from the amenities of a full service. Our discreet staff will cater to your individual needs and comply with your schedule - to make your stay carefree and enjoyable. For several months during the year the villa serves as our private home and it is accordingly well maintained. Selected furniture and lovingly decorated rooms will welcome you; new boxspring mattresses in every bed, ceiling ventilation/AC in every room, a modern and excellently equipped kitchen as well as a generous dining/living room. It's sliding doors open to all sides of the room, merging the indoor and outdoor area. Our garden, full of tropical plants and flowers, is truly magnificent and embraces every room of the villa. The big swimming pool forms the center of the property; with 80 to 160 cm depth it is well suited for children. Guest access Size of the area 1800 m2, living space 200 m2, fresh water pool 12x4 m, outdoor shower, deck chairs, gazebo. The entire area is at ground level, no staircases (except to master bedroom). The beach consists of pebbles and offers a shallow access to the sea, the nearby reef is perfect for snorkeling. The beach is used by fishermen only in the early morning and evening hours, for the rest of the day it is deserted. Flat-screen TV with movie entertainment/ Netflix and free WiFi internet access on the entire property. Other things to note Our private driver will pick you up from the airport or any other part of the island. The fare from Denpasar to the villa is about Euro 45.- (for up to 4 persons) resp. about Euro 65.- (for 5 to 6 persons).
