Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. I have updated lounge furniture October 2024. The space Situated on Albion Street, Chapel View can comfortably accommodate four guests but six are welcome as I have a double sofa bed , travel cot and highchair at flat and supply bed linen and towels. Broadstairs is a Historic Victorian Seaside Town full of Dickens charm and award winning sandy beaches. Chapel Viiew enjoys rooftop views of Bleak House and grade ll listed building St Mary’s Chapel dating back to 1350, along with partial sea views. Please note that's there are stairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Guest access Rent of entire flat. Other things to note Check out 10.00am Check in 16.00pm No Pets No Smoking Please note my property is a 1st floor maisonette. You access property on ground level . You have flight of stairs to 1st floor where you will find bathroom two further steps to kitchen and lounge , the 2nd floor houses both bedrooms. I have electricity at property but no gas supply . PLEASE NOTE I HAVE NOT GOT A CARBON DIOXIDE DETECTOR AS I HAVE NO GAS OR OPEN FIRES .
