It is comfortable and modern and stays on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with elevator and videowatching. It has been completely renovated and consists of: - A corridor entrance, - A living area with two high quality sofa-beds and without any face-to-face neighbours, but the Church of SAINT PIERRE D'ARÈNES consecrated to artists. - 1 main bedroom that contains a luxury Spanish style designed queen size bed with latex mattress, - 1 bedroom-dressing with a comfortable double bed, - Both giving on a lovely inner garden. - An American kitchen with vitro-ceramic cooker, fridge with 3 wide freezer shelves and all the necessary utensils for a good holiday cooking. - There is also a large shower room with modern mixing valve, ex-centric washbasin and separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, wide French windows with double glazing, electric shutters centrally and individually controlled, big flat screen, unlimited internet upon optic fibre with Wi-Fi service, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner provides perfectly clean bedlinens, duvets and pillows with their house protection, home bath and beach towels, etc. You will also find some champagne from the Provence vineyards. We also provide soap for washing and personal use in the bathroom and other hygienic items. At the apartment, we welcome children and we can provide an umbrella-cot for your baby. We also welcome your favourite pet, but we prefer it to be a small one and sharing excursions with its owners. Guest access The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the train station and also 10 min. by tram from the airport WITH THE BRAND NEW RED TRAM LINE THAT YOU TAKE DIRECTLY AT YOUR ARRIVAL TERMINAL AND WHICH BRINGS YOU 3 STREETS FROM THE APPT. You will get off at the CENTER UNIVERSITAIRE MEDITERRANEEN station, from where you will take RUE DE FRANCE to reach 3 or 4 streets from this station, AVENUE GAMBETTA, cross it and reach, 50 m further, the CHURCH OF SAINT PIERRE D 'ARENES along our street (SAINSON) where our building is located at no. 1: (L'ALEXANDRE MANZONI).
