The house is from the 1980s and has just been renovated. This is a family house that is suitable for children and babies. In a quiet area of the village, in the middle of the pine forest, you will be 600 m from the center of the village and 750 m from the beach. The space We are happy to share our house with you, equipped with 5 bedrooms (4 have a terrace and a double bed, one has 4 bunk beds, the bedding is comfortable) and 3 bathrooms. From the upstairs terraces, you will have views of the mountains and the famous Bavella needles. In the charming garden with the scents of maquis, you can prepare barbecues or pizzas in the dedicated oven with family or friends. The house is located in a quiet part of the village of San Ciprianu, surrounded by nature, located between the sea and the mountains. You can walk to the white sandy beach and azure sea, as well as to the heart of the village to buy your fresh bread, stock up at the famous butcher shop or have a coffee on the terrace. In the evening you will enjoy the restaurants or aperitifs with your feet in the sand of the Blue Cabin at sunset. In the village, on the beach or in the surrounding area, there are many activities on offer: boat and bike rental, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, horse riding, wine cellar tour, via ferrata, canyoning, mountain walks and hikes... In the evening you can enjoy the many gazebo-restaurants or just enjoy a sunset aperitif, feet in the water, at the "Cabanon Bleu". From the village you can go snorkeling and scuba-diving, horse-riding, go on treks in scenery varying from the Corsican maquis, the breath taking beaches or the mountainous needles. Rent a boat from the village to explore the many wild beaches. In short, you can relax and not touch your car again until your departure. If you want to explore further there is much to do: Explore the famous vineyards in Lecci: the Torraccia estate and the Fior di Lecci estate. Other things to note Close to the village center, the atmosphere is family-friendly. We want to respect this atmosphere by welcoming families or quiet groups. Up to three families maximum. It is an old air conditioning system that works well but offers gentle air conditioning that must be turned on in the morning. There is a TV screen that is not connected to the TNT but can be connected to a computer to watch movies (HDIM cables on site) A "house guide" is available in the red booklet in the living room. ADDITIONAL INFO Mandatory cleaning + linen (towels / sheets) service: 350 euros Tourist tax will also be payable. The amount varies according to the rates in force in the municipality.
