The villa has an excellent kitchen and dining area, European style, with oven/hob, electric kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus all the cutlery and crockery you may need. There are good local supermarkets and convenience stores on the main street 300m from the complex, local markets close-by most days of the week, and there is even a large Tesco in town to cater for all your shopping needs. Outside, on the terrace is a wooden Thai style 3 piece suite with cushions, for you to relax, in the private garden is a patio area with 2 sunbeds with cushions, a reclaimed teak garden table and chairs with umbrella. The villa is situated on a quiet, newly built, with 24 hour security, gated and guarded, village complex, with a large shared pool in a pretty green garden, with big sunbathing patio with sunbeds.
