Pretty little house made of wood and stone restored with eco-friendly materials, our cottage which once housed sheep and a hen house, is located on the Causse at an equal distance from Figeac and Villefranche de Rouergue (23 km) and Cajarc and Villeneuve d'Aveyron (12 km). The cottage is secluded and we will be your only neighbors on 4 hectares of land. The cottage is completely independent and has a large garden. However, access is through our garden. The space The cottage consists of an entrance, dining area, equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower on the ground floor. From the living room, a staircase leads to a bedroom (2 beds 90) and from the dining area, another staircase leads to a small mezzanine with a bed 140. We accept children under 2 years old but please note that you will not be able to install the baby bed in the mezzanine and that the stairs are not equipped with safety barriers. You will have a large garden with table, armchairs, children's swing frame and trampoline. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to its configuration and because the parking is 30 meters away (however to unload the car you can bring your vehicle closer). Guest access The cottage is located on a plot of 1000 m2, on which are installed a trampoline, a portico and a clothesline. The ping pong table is located near the parking lot. Other things to note We are saffron producers that we grow on the land around the cottage. If you'd like to come in October, until early November, you can, if you'd like, participate in the picking and pruning of saffron. In addition, we also have animals: chickens, a cat, and a pony.
