In the heart of the pine forest of the "Riva dei Tessali Golf Club & Resort", the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 in the main bedroom, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower, equipped kitchen, living room, air conditioning, outdoor furniture, rear patio with illuminated gazebo. The villa also has 1 large private garden with lighting and grass. Outdoor hot shower, parking for multiple cars, season ticket for the duration of the stay ("L'Angolino"). The space The very comfortable villa, recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 with single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub in the main room and the other with shower, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, living room with fireplace, air conditioning, small external laundry-boiler compartment and a large private garden with grass equipped with furniture and outdoor hot shower for the exclusive use of guests. The villa also has private parking for multiple cars. Guest access Guests will be able to take advantage of all the private and exclusive spaces in their villa and have unlimited access to the beach, during the bathing season, for the entire duration of their stay at "L'Angolino." The beach facility, reserved for residents and accessible with a pass included in the price, is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, deck chairs and has lifeguards, a bar, restaurant (also in the evening), sports activities and a parking space. We inform you that utilities (electricity, gas, diesel and water consumption) must be invoiced according to actual consumption (survey of the different meters on arrival and departure). For the year 2020, a contribution of 1.95 euros/cubic meter of water + 0.6 euros/kWh + 1.25 euros/liter of diesel + 0.8 euros/day of cooking gas is expected. On average, based on previous consumption, a consumption of 200 euros for a whole week must be expected. An energy deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure after deduction of utilities. Other things to note At the entrance to the village, the concierge and security will be available 24/7 for any need.
