The space A large, charming house in the heart of Burgundy Close to Vézelay and on the edge of the Morvan, this beautiful character house welcomes you to Châtel-Censoir, a charming village located between the Yonne and the Canal du Nivernais. Here, everything invites you to slow down: walks or bike rides along the canal, hikes in the landscapes of the Morvan, exploring Vézelay and the Burgundian villages, climbing at the Rochers du Saussois, or discovering the region's vineyards. The village also has a marina, a market every Thursday, and many nearby recreational opportunities. The first vineyards are just 10 km away, and Chablis is about 45 km away. An ideal home for getting together The house offers beautiful living spaces for sharing moments with family or friends. On the ground floor, the large kitchen-dining room and the living room open directly onto a spacious terrace shaded by a wisteria.
