House A sleeps 6 people and House B sleeps another 6. If you book both houses you can sleep up to 12 people. The owners of SANDS beach house love travel and think it is always nice to get a little more than a ‘bare bones’ in a holiday house. For that reason you will find a few things here you won’t find in a standard holiday rental. Please feel free to use these extras to make your stay more enjoyable and, in the spirit of goodwill, leave them in good condition for other guests to benefit from and replenish consumables where possible. • Guests 'pay it forward' by leaving handy items in the house that they don't want to take home with them, for the benefit of future guests. Guest access Exclusive-use of entire house. The SANDS BEACH HOUSE guest manager lives nearby - close enough to help when needed, but far enough away that you have absolute privacy. Other things to note Dog friendly We welcome a single dog at House A with prior approval. A pet fee applies. The house is adjacent an off leash beach and is an excellent option for those with a furry friend. Please note relevant house rules.
