Can Fave is a truly unique property. A private secluded oasis in the middle of the historic and picturesque village of Fornalutx. The house is a renovated 300 century old house converted into a charming cottage style home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Stunning mountain views, private pool, outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink and a large garden with fruit trees shading the lush lawns. The space ACCOMMODATION Can Fave can accommodate 6 people at the same time. Bedroom 1 with en suite bathroom (upstairs main house). Fully equipped with fire place, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, water boiler etc. GARDEN AND LOUNGE TERRACES On the upper terrace you find a private swimming pool, 4×8 meter. Either you take the stairs from the lower terrace or use the direct access from the master bedroom. On the ground terrace you will find the Garden House among the lemon and fig trees. There is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, a sink and a large kitchen counter for cooking under the open sky! There is also a nice outside dining area with romantic lighting for late dinners. PARKING There is free parking outside the house. A little tight to turn, but it's usually no problem. There are also other free parking spaces about 100 meters from the house which are very easily accessible. CHILDREN We love children and we have three young children ourselves. We have, from our own experience, decided to only accept guests traveling with infants and/or children aged 5 years or over. Children staying in a cot are welcome in addition to the 6 persons the house is allowed for. We have one baby cot to lend out, let us know in advance. IMPORTANT! - Smoking ONLY OUTSIDE! - No pets are allowed INCLUDED IN THE PRICE * The house will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival, including made beds * Bed linen, indoor towel, swimming pool towel (one set per week) * Swimming pool maintenance twice a week * Garden maintenance once a week Guest access The whole house Other things to note Alexis grandmother moved from Stockholm, Sweden to Mallorca and the village of Fornalutx in 1955. Back then it had no electricity and there where no roads for cars. Every summer since Alexis was 3 years old (thats 1976) he spent 3 month visiting her. He more or less grow up in the narrow alleys of Fornalutx together with his sister, cousins and Majorcan friends. The beautiful surroundings, all nice people that lives in the village, the nearby beaches in Puerto Soller, the unprecedented mountain walks and the fabulous food at the local restaurants. It's easy to get addicted to it FORNALUTX SUPERMARKET If you arrive late at night, no problem. The smallsuper market in Fornalutx is open every day. Monday to Saturday 08 – 20, Sundays 08 – 13.
