The area is very quiet and scenic. It is a detached villa surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden. Featuring large, well-furnished rooms, it offers comfortable outdoor spaces with splendid sea views. The house is on two levels, with all bedrooms also accessed from the terraces. On the lower level: A terrace overlooking the sea and the islands of Stromboli and Panarea, equipped with deckchairs, a table and chairs, hammocks, and swings; A large kitchen/living room with a relaxation area, TV, and a sofa bed (1/2 person), a kitchen with an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher; A spacious bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined); A fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a window; Upstairs: A panoramic terrace equipped with loungers, table, and chairs leads to the master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea; a fully equipped bathroom with shower and window. The house has private parking, convenient for two cars, a laundry area with washing machine, and air conditioning in every room. The center of Malfa is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you'll find bars, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, rental shops, and an ATM. From the town square, you can book a boat trip to the other islands, departing from the Scalo Galera marina. The Scalo Galera marina is about a 15-20 minute walk from the house. The road to the center and marina is all uphill, so we recommend renting a medium-sized car or scooter.
