Stretching over 2 floors and boasting a beautiful view of the mountains, the maisonette consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom (with a queen size bed and a bunk bed for 2) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Other things to note The price includes a linen package consisting of bed linen and towels. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private open terrace where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you admire the beautiful surroundings. In an 8-minute walk you will reach a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is located a 4-minute walk away (350 m). In approximately 20 minutes by car you will reach Oberstaufen and Steibis which offers skiing in winter and great hiking trails also for advanced hikers in spring, summer and autumn. The eastern shore of Lake Constance where you will find Lindau and Bregenz is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Due to the good traffic connection to the alpine road, you have access to many other streets. The cable car Hochgratbahn is a 28-minute drive from the apartment (25.9 km) and is illuminated at night, which you can also see from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property.
