Soulac-sur-Mer, house for 12 people, 200 m from the beach

Our house is located 200 m walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the market. Its enclosed garden allows children to play safely and to fit 2 cars. Quiet is guaranteed for sleeping with 3 bedrooms in the back of the main house and 2 in the outbuilding. It is an ideal rental for several families with children (including infants: 2 baby cots and child seats available). The space Our house is ideally located 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the city center, it really allows you to do everything on foot (market every day). The enclosed garden offers the possibility of parking 2 cars and will especially allow children to play safely. A front terrace allows for relaxing breakfasts with the rising sun. The large space on the back includes a large table (12 people) to accommodate barbecue and plancha for lunch and dinner. The main house offers a large, very bright living room with corner sofa (convertible), dining room and well-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher). A hallway separates the sleeping area. It leads to separate toilets, a bathroom (double sink, washing machine, walk-in shower) and 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: a 160 x 200-cm bed - Bedroom 2: a 140 x 200 bed - bedroom 3: 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) An outbuilding at the bottom of the plot accommodates two additional bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 200 in each), a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet) and a 25 m2 living room with a sofa bed. This house is ideal for family vacations. Indeed, 2 folding cribs are available as well as children's chairs. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. Rental is possible in high season (July August) only by the week (from Saturday to Saturday). Off-season, the minimum is 3 nights. For short stays (3 or 4 days), the service does not include the supply of linens and towels. Possibility to choose between an optional cleaning fee of 100 euro (to be paid in addition on site) or leave the house clean (in the same condition as on arrival).
