Ancient industrial building, converted into a charming loft, perfect for trips with family, friends or colleagues. Located on the Canal Saint-Martin, one of the most lively and trendy area of Paris center(design shops, bars, restaurants...), only 15min walk from Le Marais area, and with train and metro's stations offering direct access to all main sight seing of Paris. Still, the loft is extraordinarily safe and quiet as located inside a private condo's courtyard (hidden from the street). The space Huge living space with very high ceiling 1 independent family kitchen with all equipment 2 bathrooms 1/2 (with washer+dryer) 4 independent bedrooms with real beds: -one bedroom with queen size bed, with optional baby cot; -two bedrooms with twins beds (or king and queen size beds); -one very small bedroom with a single bed. Common spaces: -1 alcove (under the stairs in the living room, a bit noisy) with a double bed ; -1 mezzanine (low ceiling) with queen size bed -1 little office with a single bed. Guest access The loft will be for you only (you won't share it with other guests or your host). But the courtyard is a common passage way to access the Loft and the few other houses located there. We are not allowed to use it as a private area. Please avoid to smoke there and keep low voices, as a courtesy to our neighbors. Other things to note The house is in a family and quiet private courtyard. Our maximum capacity is 11 guests. Only guests registered at the booking are allowed to stay in the loft. Special event, sublet of the house or part of the house, or guests of guests are not allowed. Also, as you may be a large group (up to 11 guests), if you come back late at night, please make sure to lower your voices. Opening our houses to visitors in this heavenly courtyard is kindly accepted by our neighbors. In return, please make sure to respect their safe, clean and peaceful environment.
