Our amazing apartment is furnished in comfortable modern style and it has an adorable small balcony (poggiolo) overlooking Venetian canal, It is in the District of San Marco but in a really quiet and safe area. The space It is a modern and bright apartment at the first floor easily accessible and it is composed of large living room, wide fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with bathroom en-suite with shower each and entrance space with big white closet where washing machine and dryer are inside.. Newly refurbished, this wide elegant apartment can be your perfect base point to enjoy Venice and to spend an unforgettable stay. From the apartment you can easily reach the main touristic sites and the elegant Campo San Maurizio, Campo Sant’Angelo and Campo Santo Stefano (really treasures of Venice). It is also few steps far from La Fenice Opera House and at ten minutes walking far from Saint's Mark Square. Moreover it is also well connected to many boat/vaporetto stops, but the closest one is Giglio boat stop, meeting point for check-in. Nearby there is a charming neighbourhood with elegant restaurants and coffee bars, shops (at only four minutes walking far from Calle Larga XXII Maggio, the fashion district of Venice), and supermarkets, . Free internet connection, central heating/air conditioning, bed linen and towels are provided. Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules: at your arrival you will be asked your valid ID, city tax payment in cash (euros 4,00 in cash each person per each night of your stay for a maximum of five nights) and to sign the short rental touristic agreement. Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, check-in standard time is between 1.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.; with an arrival between 8.00 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. there is an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10.30 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. check-in is not guaranteed, but subject to availability, with an extra charge of 65€, after midnight check-in is impossible. Check-out is at 10.00 am. The host is available from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Dear Guest, We regret having to make this note, but due to the disrespectful behavior of some travelers, we must highlight the following: - Please do not use the towels for removing makeup or cleaning shoes. - Please do not leave dirty dishes or glasses in the sink. - Please dispose of trash as specified in the instructions. We are embarrassed to have to emphasize these basic rules of civility, but there have been very unpleasant incidents that have forced us to seek damages.
