Cottage within vineyard by the sea

Our historic vineyard cottage (3 small rooms, winter garden, ca 50 sqm) is located 8 km from Porto Santo Stefano in an intact orchard and vineyard above the Strada Panoramica. The view from the terrace to the sea is great. The 7000 sqm plot is a paradise for children. You can walk to the natural beach in 25 minutes (100 meters altitude diff.), the sandy beach is 15 minutes by car. Great places to eat nearby are the restaurant "Le Chicche" (400 m) and the fish restaurants of Porto Santo Stefano. The space Beside the two bedrooms (7 sqm and 9 sqm) there is a small living room (10 sqm) in the oldest part of the house with 1-meter-thick stone walls. And there is a winter garden (16 sqm), where you can open both the glass side walls and the glass roof - a wonderful place in the cold season, in summer at mosquito time and when it rains. In the winter garden there is a double sofa bed (1.60 m wide). We also have 2 comfortable folding beds, too, that you can use, for example. in the living room or in the conservatory. So there are 7 beds. But we advertise the house only for five people, because we have mere 1 bathroom – and the house is small. Guest access You have access to all parts of the house. Other things to note Please note: * From the parking lot to the house there are 55 steps. You can also go up to the house on a small footpath. For disabled people, the house is therefore only partially suitable. Wheelchair works with a lot of goodwill. We have a care bed. * We have a beautiful sea view, but no house with beach access. By foot to the next very rustic beach you go at least 25 minutes and overcome a hundred meters of altitude. * The rooms are small. The winter garden is the largest room with 16 square meters. * We have 2 ceiling fans, but no air condition. * The property is out of town. Expect a vineyard, but no park. In the vineyard the gardener works about every two days. * The property is not connected to the sewer.
