The maximum number of adults that will be accommodated is 6 2. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. 3. The TV does not have normal television channels but is a Smart TV with TV on Demand, Netflix, Neon, etc (you will need your own account to log into subscriber services). LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided. Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared. We will then add it to your booking and send you a payment request. IMPORTANT: Please note that Ministry of Health guidelines specify that children under 9 years old should not sleep in top bunks due to the risk of serious injury.
