Authentic retro beach house on elevated slightly location at the end of a cul de sac with spectacular vies of the harbour & ocean. Ocean front is literally steps from the property. Boat marina close by, hire kayaks, sups, & organise fishing/diving charters, and there's a boat launch. Our home is suitable for families, travellers, couples. Township is a 5 min drive /25 min walk, surf beach 10 min walk. Unlimited WIFI, satellite TV The space Our rustic holiday house is our pride & joy. We have owned it since building it in the 1970's. The views of the ocean and harbour are simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed on the large deck and expansive lawn. We are so close you can throw a stone from the balcony into the water. It is very comfortable with all the modern appliances. Three small bedrooms One room with queen size bed Second room has 4 single size bunk beds Third room has 2 single size bunk beds There is one bathroom with a shower, basin with separate toilet. Outdoor furniture, lounges & gas BBQ available for guest use. Parking - there is parking for 1 car and plenty of free parking on the road at the end of the driveway. Young children are welcome however due to the gaps in the deck rail we recommend more suitable for children 6 & up Perfect for two families Strictly Non smoking property NO PARTIES WE HIRE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER WHO ADHERE TO RIGOROUS CLEAING PROTOCOLS. Guest access Entire house and outdoor areas. The garage or caravan is not available.
