A lovely house with all amenities (wifi, digital TV,  'emma' mattresses, combi-oven, filter coffeemachine, nespresso, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private garden around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap etc.). The house has a cozy living room, open kitchen and attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin and a bedroom with a bed and a semi-high bed. There is a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with washbasin. The entire house has central heating, PVC flooring and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. The house stands on a plot of 147m², fully enclosed with greenery and mesh and renewed terrace with various furniture. About this property The holiday home is on a small-scale site, completely car-free. There is a playground available. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby ?! You park the cars on your own property. You are in the pleasant center of Zoutelande within 10 minutes walking distance. Surroundings The beach is within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bike rental and a fresh bakery. The mundane Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.
