Casa Amaranta is part of a Residence made of 4 villas.Each villa is separated from the others through a hedge so to secure privacy. The villa is walking distance from all facilities (restaurants, shops, church, bus stop etc.) but also surrounded by vineyards and olives. It is situated in the nearness of the historical square of Greve, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and it is a green oasis . Florence and Siena are within 30 km far as well as many other wellknown places . On request we organize tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, birthday parties, transfers to/from the airports. This house is 130 sqm. on two levels with panoramic vew, 400 sqm. of surrounding garden, swimming-pool 6,60mt. x 3,60 mt. 1.30 mt. deep, parking for 2 cars. First Level: dining-room with furnished kitchen, living-room with satellite-tv , 1 bathroom with wc and washing-machine. Second Level: 2 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is ensuite, the other one is in the corridor to be shared between two bedrooms). Available on request at no additional costs : baby crib, high-chair, additional bed. Guest access Guests have access to a wide garden all around the house with swimming-pool. The garden as well as the pool are private for the guests of Casa Amaranta only. Private parking for three cars in front of the entrance of the house. Other things to note All year round, guests are required to pay a Tourist tax in cash on site of euro 2,00 per each person over 14 years old per night for maximum 7 nights. Due to the worldwide energetic crisis : -The heating cannot be turned on until November the 1st in our area unless otherwise informed by the mayor of Greve in Chianti (in case it is very cold). Sometimes it is allowed to turn on the heating, it will have an additional cost of € 20.00 per night (for a maximum of 12 hours a day as per the recent law on energy savings) and is on request on site in the average seasons.
