Located in a small 14th-century village, La Poulerie is a small suite created from the skilful restoration of an old village chicken coop. La Poulerie will pamper you with fine furnishings, soft lighting, fascinating views and a delightful view of Lake Como. The space The Poulerie is located within the pedestrian village of Burano in the municipality of Montemezzo, less than 100 meters from the parking area. Arranged on two floors, the house offers on the ground floor the kitchenette, a comfortable wardrobe space and the bathroom. Upstairs is the living/sleeping area with a bed, sideboard, table and chairs. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely courtyard surrounded by greenery and equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, induction cooktop, kettle, microwave oven and everything you need for an excellent breakfast with a lake view. Nearby, several restaurants, pizzerias and taverns will be able to let you taste the specialties of the area with costs suitable for all budgets. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax, introduced from January 1, 2024 and equal to €1.00/night per person (for a maximum of 5 nights) will be payable upon arrival at the house. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. The amount must be paid on site in cash. Guest access Guests have private access to La Poulerie located in the courtyard in front of the house. Other things to note The surroundings of the village are full of paths for long walks immersed in nature among chestnut and birch woods. Guests can practice various sports on the lake, including kite surfing and water skiing, or enjoy the exciting experience of paragliding, enjoying the breathtaking view of the upper lake.
