La Poulerie – Suite Dépendance – Vista lago

Located in a small village of the ‘300, La Poulerie is a small suite born from the skilful restoration of an old village chicken coop. La Poulerie will pamper you with fine furnishings, soft lights, fascinating views and delicious views of Lake Como. The space La Poulerie is located within the pedestrian village of Burano in the municipality of Montemezzo less than 100 meters from the parking area. Located on two floors, the house offers on the ground floor the kitchenette, a comfortable wardrobe space and the bathroom. Upstairs is the living/sleeping area with bed, sideboard, table and chairs. Outside guests can enjoy a lovely courtyard surrounded by greenery and equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, induction cooktop, kettle, microwave oven, and everything you need for an excellent breakfast with lake view. Nearby several restaurants, pizzerias and taverns will be able to make you taste the specialties of the area with adequate costs to all budgets. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax, introduced from January 1, 2024 and equal to €1.00/night per person (for a maximum of 5 nights) will be payable on arrival at the house. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. The amount must be paid on-site in cash. Guest access Guests have reserved access to La Poulerie located in the courtyard in front of the house. Other things to note The surroundings of the village are full of trails for long walks immersed in nature among chestnut and birch forests. Guests can practice various sports on the lake including kyte surfing and water skiing, or experience the thrilling launch experience with the paragliding, enjoying the breathtaking views of the upper Lake.
