Prakash Farm is a peaceful paradise located in the foothills of aravali's. It is a 10 acre+ farm house with lush green, well maintained lawns perfect to relax and enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. The fully air-conditioned modern villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with attached dressing areas and bathrooms, a separate powder room on the ground floor,a fully functional kitchen along with two lounge halls, one at each level,a pool and a beautiful terrace where one can party under the starry skies. The space Prakash Farms is located on Golden Green Golf course road and is very close to the city(Gurugram). This beautiful modern villa boasts of 5 large size bedrooms with attached dressing areas and bathrooms. Each room has a huge sized closets that can be locked for security. The house consists of a formal living room , kids play area and a library and two huge sized lounge areas on both levels. It is a home to various animals like cows, goats and hens. It is an environment friendly farm where we grow fresh fruits like mangoes, cheeku, guava, oranges and all the seasonal vegetables. It is a perfect place to meditate and be close to the nature. Prakash farms also offers multiple venue spaces, for indoor and outdoor events and functions. You can celebrate get-togethers, terrace parties, private parties or organize a large-scale celebration of corporate events, social and community events and lots more, apart from having weddings at the venue. - SWIMMING POOL- We have a beautiful well lit outdoor pool. (Check GUEST ACCESS for Swimming Pool RULES). Ample Parking space is available. For your security, the common areas are secured via CCTV cameras. Additional Charges - Minimum price to book one Villa remains same for upto 12 guests(including children). After 12 guests, extra person charges apply. Maximum people allowed are 18. - In case you are expecting more than the number of guests booked to stay with us then the following charges will apply . Casual guest-Rs 700 per head for 4-5 hour visit. . Night Stay guest- Rs 1000 per head per night. (Owner reserves the right to refuse guests if not informed prior to booking) Guest access Sports and Entertainment: Indoor games- Air hockey, Carom board, Basket ball, Cards, Karaoke. Separate play area for kids. Outdoor Games- Swimming pool,Badminton, Cricket, Golf, Bow and arrow, Football, Rugby etc. Mini Library is available for both kids and adults. One can relax and read a favorite book. The farm has a well equipped and a fully functional kitchen. Clean and modern crockery and cutlery is provided for the meals. Refrigerators are provided at each levels. Filtered water is available. Washer is also provided. Free Hi Speed WiFi is available. We also have a TV room with large LED TV, along with a cable connection, with a comfortable Sofa where you can enjoy your favourite shows and matches. KARAOKE machine is availabe for young singers. A latest Sony Music system is available which has inbuilt party DJ light system. One can enjoy the dance party. SWIMMING POOL RULES - Entry to pool is allowed in proper attire, home clothes and shoes not permitted. - Please wear non slippery slippers around the pool areas, as it could be slippery. - Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited. - Pool can be use ONLY FOR SWIMMING. NO FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED IN POOL /DECK AREA. - Only disposable glassware, cutlery & crockery is allowed in the pool area. Bottles, regular glassware etc are a big NO NO. - Alcohol consumption is not allowed in or around the pool area. - Non swimmers and kids are not allowed to enter the big pool area. - Non swimmers and kids can enjoy in the kids pool under the supervision of their parents. - Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. - Pool hours are from 9.00 am -9.00pm (FOLLOWED STRICTLY!). - Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicitly/implied on the staff/owners of the property. - Non compliance of the swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. - Any guest found jumping in the pool/ carrying beer bottles/glasses to the pool area will be fined Rs 10,000 for the non compliance of the rules (this is for the safety of the guests). - Pool off season is November to March i.e it is closed in these months. Other things to note - Fresh Light Breakfast can be served in house. Guests have to pay for the ingredients, cooking gas/coal (in case tandoor is used). -Multiple food options are available:- :For Lunch/ Dinner farm fresh food can be cooked for you at 24 hours prior notice(seasonal veggies)(charges apply). : Food can also be ordered from the Golden green golf club or other nearby restaurants (charges to be borne by the guests). : Zomato delivers at the farm. : Alternatively you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen. - We have full power backup via invertors and generators.
