Situated on the first floor (walk up), this affordable beachfront unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unit features a beachfront balcony with beautiful ocean views and breezes which flow through the comfortably furnished loungeroom; equipped with TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and dining area to enjoy meals inside. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom comes with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool year round. There is also a fully renovated bathroom / laundry with walk in shower, washing machine and dryer. Kirra Vista 9 is ideally located in the heart of KIrra, directly across from Kirra Beach and the Oceanway Path which offers kilometers of flat, scenic pathway along the beachfront. There is a wide range of cafes, bars and stores all within a short stroll and the beachfront balcony is the perfect spot to watch the Cooly Rocks On festival, and to enjoy whale watching in winter. Kirra Vista also has an inground swimming pool and secure underground parking available for one car. Smoking is not permitted inside the property at anytime. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
