The main house comprises of a wonderful, modern, fully equipped and open plan kitchen, leading down to a spacious and charming living area, perfect for relaxing in with a cup of refreshing lemongrass tea, while you enjoy the stunning view. The villa itself is fenced within an area of approximately 29000 square meters. From there you can enter out onto the shaded decking area where you will find stylish loungers for you to enjoy the kaskazi (monsoon) breeze. Leading up from the kitchen, a beautiful floating staircase takes you up to the master suite, the only room that is situated upstairs. This master room of approximately 150 square meters  is complete with two balconies, a contemporary style bath and shower and Zanzibari furniture, including a romantic Swahili bed. The villa also includes three more Swahili inspired bedrooms downstairs, complete with modern ensuites and their own private decking areas one of which is set to the side of the villa itself to allow for additional privacy.
