Stunning seafront villa with private pool

A luxurious detached Villa Marina is situated in a fantastic seafront location in the village of Ayia Thekla in the South-East of Cyprus. Ayia Thekla is a peaceful resort which offers an idyllic and tranquil location with amazing sea views. The sandy Ayia Thekla Beach is 7 minutes walk from Villa Marina. The golden sandy beaches of Makronisos and Nissi Beach are about 5 minutes drive from Villa Marina. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is located less than 2 minutes away. The space Villa Marina is part of a small residential complex Votsalo, which in Greek means "shell". The villa is located on the first line by the sea in the small village of Ayia Fecla and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the noisy and fun Ayia Napa. The villa was built in 2010 and has been our most beloved holiday destination ever since. Everything here is thoughtful and made for the most comfortable stay. Despite the fact that there is no beach directly in front of the house, there is a small sandy entrance to the sea just to the left of the villa and rocky - to the right. The landscaped sandy beach with a flat entrance to the water is a 5-7 minute walk along the sea. There is also a small but very nice supermarket and Zafiri restaurant within a 2-minute walk. A garden with palm trees, ficuses, thuja, lavender and rosemary has grown around the villa. The house has everything for a comfortable life: bed linen and towels, including beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing, drying and ironing, cleaning. There are air conditioners everywhere in the house, of course. The 3*7m pool is in high demand with restless children. In the pool you can do aqua aerobics and spend summer holidays with health benefits:-)! There is a fountain with powerful pressure on the side of the pool, so use it for self-massage - you won't regret it! The house and garden are monitored by my kind friend Zilka. She is, by the way, a certified diving instructor and will be happy to show you the underwater world off the coast of Cyprus. Villa Marina is situated on the seafront and there's a perfect tiny cove for an early morning bathe right in front of the Villa. If you fancy diving, Sylke, our house and garden keeper, is a qualified diving instructor - you will be in safe hands! There are regular buses to Ayia Napa and all the beaches in between. Bikes, cars, quads and motobikes are available for rent in Ayia Napa. The Villa is equipped with everything for your comfortable stay and you may use the whole house. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. We also have a baby cot, high chair, potty, car seat for a baby and 2 car seat boosters which you can use for free, but please do not forget to put back when your depart. Villa Marina is surrounded by a nice garden with a lawn. The illuminated pool is 3*7 m with a cascading water fountain to massage your back and to provide extra fun for the kids. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The villa is suitable for big families. Our prices include a good Welcome Pack of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread and butter and all sorts of little things you don't have to go straight out and buy! There's an ample allowance of 350 units per week for electricity; any additional units are charged at 31 cents and deducted from your deposit (but this is a rare occurrence). No pets allowed. The Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood and loud parties are not allowed. No under 25's or single sex parties. Guest access This is entire Villa and can be used fully for the guests. The entire house is available to guests. Some cabinets are locked, they store personal belongings. Other things to note The house is focused on staying in one or several families. There are no loud parties, because other people live very close. We do not rent the house to companies of young people of the same sex and/or under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents or other conscious more adult people.
