With an exceptional environment, this peaceful retreat is 300 meters from the beaches. Water sports can be practiced at the Plouescat and Santec nautical centers For the biggest gamblers, you'll find your happiness thanks to the golf courses and casinos of Plouescat, Carantec and Roscoff. The space For the more homebodies, staying by the fireplace in winter or on the outdoor terrace in summer, you can enjoy the secure heated indoor pool, while others will spend a relaxing moment with music in the living room (high quality Bluetooth speaker). If you feel like it, why not enjoy the upstairs bar with a sea view. Optionally, a second relaxation area is available. This space includes a 6-person Jacuzzi (jets and bubbles) as well as a Bonzini foosball table. Please contact me for any further information about this option. This villa outbuilding is enhanced by a terrace and garden furniture. Guest access Bicycles are available, adults and children, helmets are not provided; the fully enclosed courtyard can hold 4 to 5 vehicles. Other things to note The villa is fully equipped to accommodate babies... Pets: 50 euros per pet per stay. As the platform does not automatically adjust this rate beyond one pet, a surcharge will be requested after booking for each additional pet. MAXIMUM 2 pets per stay. Thank you for understanding.
