The space The immediate proximity to the sea and all the shops on the shopping street, in a green and secure environment, make this a very easy place to live. The house faces outwards, with a choice of exposures depending on the time of day and the direction of the wind. Covered terrace in summer for sunny meals and cosy naps on the sofa. 2 wooden terraces for the solarium with 5 sun loungers. A spacious outdoor shower with hot water, hidden from view, which can be used as a 3rd shower room. Gas barbecue. The hotel-quality bedding is excellent and very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms have king-size beds (180cm) that can be separated. Sheets and towels are provided. The ground floor bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. The 2 WCs with washbasins are separate. Guest access The house is accessible by car, with parking available in front of the house on the street. Other things to note All kinds of water sports can be practised in close proximity to the islands: diving, snorkelling, sailing, longe-côte, kitesurfing, foil, paddling, etc. For diving, the sites around the islands are among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, and many clubs offer outings and instruction. For surfing enthusiasts, head for the beach at l'Almanarre (tombolo ouest), popular with kite-surfers and other surfing enthusiasts. For sailing, you can hire a boat or take lessons (courses) at Plage de la Bergerie. In front of the house, the beach is supervised and ideal for small children. It's also the ideal place for long, sporty walks in the water. And of course, the region's number one sport: pétanque. There are 2 magnificent courts very close to each other: the first is between the beach and the port, on the seafront. The second is in the centre of the village behind the rue des marchands, in the shade of magnificent century-old umbrella pines.
