I usually respond within 1 hour* • Private Heated Pool (38sq.m)+children area • 500 mt to the beach of Tavronitis • Walking distance to tavernas,bar,market,grocery,bus stop • BBQ • Cleaning service every 3 days • Fully airconditioned • 25 km to Chania Old Town + Venetian Harbor • Strategic location to reach the famous beach of Balos,Elafonissi and Falasarna The space The pool can be heated if guest requested ( you have to request it before arrival) and it is by extra charge of 60 euros per day ( to be paid in the check in ) The property of tot 120 m2 indoor consist in: Ground floor: → Living room → Fully equipped kitchen → 1 bathrooms with shower → 1 sofa bed in the living room that can be opened and become 2 single beds Upper Floor : → 3 bedrooms with double beds → 1 bathroom with 2 showers → balcony with sea view Guest access Entire space is included in this rental.
