The space The villa is composed of two floors. A bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and an open space kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like dishwasher, oven, microwave and a big American fridge . From the living room there is direct access to the front porch with outdoor furniture, two sofas and one big table with 8 chairs on the lake border. On this floor there is also a cosy service bathroom. On the second floor with access only by stairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of them have a spacious balcony with lake view and one has an additional bed stored in a wardrobe to be used for convenience. All floors are covered with precious parquet. All rooms have air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi. One of the most exclusive comforts of Villa Anna is the private dock for a rented boat. In alternative, you can discover the lake area using the public boat that stops frequently at Sala Comacina's dock. The swimming pool is set in the spacious garden overlooking the lake, with elegant sun loungers. Private parking places for guests are located in a safe environment. Through a pedestrian gate you can walk along the lake and reach the centre of Sala Comacina, where there are restaurants, bars and shops. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool are included in the price. Another comfort is certainly the private jetty, where you can comfortably moor a rented boat. Of course you can also use the public ships that regularly dock in Sala Comacina to explore the beautiful lake. The villa also offers private car parking for guests. Through a garden gate you have access to the pedestrian promenade, which leads along the shore to the center of the village of Sala Comacina, where restaurants, bars and shops are located.
