Located in a quiet village only 7 minutes by car from Palamós, our guests can enjoy the calm surrounding of the villa or quickly access the nearby beach, the urban life of the close cities. Lounging at the pool with a spectacular view to the sea is just as nice as enjoying the modern fully equipped house. Why we chose Palamos The [manuki mas] property has been in the family since it was built in 1972. After 40+ years we figured it would be time for a substantial upgrade and also renters wishes changed over time. So we decided for a full re-modeling of the villa during the year 2015 which includes everything from insulation modernization to floorplan-changes and addition of a private pool. Starting in 2016 this "brand new" stunning villa will be more comfortable than ever for even nicer vacations than the ones we had already. What makes this villa unique? There is something for everybody at the [manuki mas]. Obviously in the summer there is the pool, the cozy beaches, at times the rough coast and everything you can imagine in terms of summer activities. Off season the weather is mostly very nice and walking, cycling and a cultural program make it worthwhile to go visit. In addition to what the region has to offer, the [manuki mas] villa was designed with care to detail and with much love as a beautiful vacation home. Guest access At any given time, the entire premises of the [manuki mas] are for rent. So renters will have the full house at their private disposition. Other things to note The Costa Brava has a mild climate with quite warm summer days. Even off-season you will find quite nice weather and like the Hamptons are to New York, the Costa Brava is the recreational Weekend place to go for Barcelona. There is a vast cultural, gastronomical and recreational program in the region and at all times of the year you will find things to do around the [manuki mas].
