The kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, mini freezer, combo washer & dryer under the stairs, and a dishwasher. Patio door leading to the side garden and hot tub. First Floor A king-size double bedroom with a wonderful freestanding bath placed in front of the huge gable-end window for an amazing view over pristine farmland, and an en-suite wet room with shower, basin, and loo. A TV with a DVD on the wall. Outside: Off-road parking for two cars. Front enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture which leads around the side of the property and to the hot tub area. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, garden and hot tub. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. There are 11 steps leading from the car park to the cottage There is a public footpath directly across the road, leading to the sea/beach.
