The access to the terrace is made by stairs that are on the 1st floor, of which it is noteworthy to be a little steep. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing and/or dazzling the magnificent view of the sea and mountain. The house is situated in a small village, however it is located only 5 minutes from the main road of Madeira Island. Its privileged location and outside of the tourist centers will allow you to have a day-to-day perception of a place, allowing the guest to experience a genuine stay. Public transportation stop right outside the door of the house. Guests benefit from private parking available on site, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the room. By car, the house is 15 minutes from the center of Funchal. Bakery/Pastry and Mini-market at 2 minutes. Comfortable and comfortable space ideal for 2 people, or even for a couple with a child. We provide a crib and baby accessories. For hygiene and Food Safety reasons, only food supplies are left at the request of the guest at extra cost. Possible noise from cars, because the house is on the side of a main bus road. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note Under Portuguese Law, all guests are required to show a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). Municipal Tourist Fee is due payment of €2.00 per person per night, up to a limit of 7 nights. The Municipal Touristic Tax is exempt for minors under 13. The City Tourist Fee is charged through the opening of a case in the Airbnb Resolution Center. The Municipal Touristic Tax is a legal obligation and reverts in full to the Portuguese State, being a revenue of this. The check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling less than 48 hours will be subject to the availability of our team. Check-in has a tolerance of 60 minutes from the scheduled time. After the 60-minute tolerance, guests will be subject to rescheduling the check-in. The check-in rescheduling has a supplementary cost of €25 (unless the reason is not charged to the guest). Bedding and trunks are provided in all accommodations. On request, cottage and high chair may be installed. The intermediate cleanings have an extra cost and are carried out on a weekly basis or other on a weekly basis. Intermediate cleanings include changing bedding, towels, and consumables. For reasons of Hygiene and Food Safety, only food items are left at the request of the guest, at an extra cost. The establishment is for the exclusive use of registered guests, and the entry and permanence of any persons other than the registered guests is prohibited.
