Le Repaire, located in the Mongie-Tourmalet residence, offers direct access to the ski slopes! The integrated shopping gallery includes shops, restaurants, a ski school, and a ski lift ticket office. From the south-facing balcony, enjoy spectacular mountain views year-round, with wildlife. An underground parking space adds comfort for an authentic stay. The space Le Repaire was renovated in 2019 (free wi-fi). Located on the 6th floor (level M) of the Mongie-Tourmalet residence and facing south, it offers ideal exposure and uninterrupted views of the mountains. A secure key box allows independent entry to the flat on the day of arrival. Access to the slopes is from the residence exit, with skis on (same for the return journey). The residence has a shopping arcade on the lower levels (levels C and D), where you will find a number of sports shops, restaurants, pizzerias and bars or cafés, the French Ski School office, the ski lift ticket office and a mini-market (please note that the shops are open in winter, but generally close in summer...). Our flat has a storeroom where you can safely store your ski, snowboard, boots and/or bike equipment. The cellar is equipped with pegs so that clothes can be dried overnight. A free shuttle bus runs between the village and the residence throughout the day in winter. The flat has a master bedroom with a double bed (140cm-wide), and two children's bedrooms with bunk beds (80cm-wide). The sofa bed (140x190cm) is very comfortable and easy to use, with no cushions to remove or move. The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, a fridge (freezer section) and a two-burner induction hob with a hood. On the worktop are a family coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, as well as a raclette / pierrade machine in the flat. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC. Household linen is not provided; it is the tenant's responsibility to bring it with them (or rent it on site).
