Cozy 50 m2 studio type holiday home located almost on the edge of the cliff in a small and very quiet private urbanization overlooking the sea and the Teide. Bright and well-equipped. It offers one of the top views in Tenerife. From its terrace with ocean views and the Teide, you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Sometimes you can even see the silhouette of the island of La Palma. The space The home has: - Internet connection via Wi-Fi (15mb). -Full kitchen equipped with glass-ceramic, small oven, refrigerator-freezer, bread toaster, capsule coffee maker (capsules not included) filter coffee maker and moka-type coffee maker, kettle, juicer, etc. Enough kitchenware to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils. -Trace with magnificent views of the sea and the Teide, 2 sun beds, table and chairs. - Cozy, comfortable and functional lounge with extra guest sofa-bed, 32”smart TV (connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc accounts) connected to satellite dish so you can watch TVs from your country, laptop PC to connect to the internet, download movies, etc, DVDs, etc. -Bedroom bedroom with 2 beds 90*200, wardrobe, nightstand , reading lamps. -Country travel available on request (confirm availability) -Full bathroom with washing machine. Enough towels, sheets, etc. for all guests. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but has a sofa bed 150*200 to accommodate 2 other guests (recommended for children or light people). We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information in brochures. The house can be cleaned during your stay, by ordering it in advance and that it will be paid by an extra charge. Guest access The common areas have: -1 heated pool (November 1st-May 15th approximately) with perfect orientation and therefore sunny for practically the whole day (weather permitting). -Public parking space. If you have a vehicle (recommended) there is plenty of outdoor parking space. Other things to note The NEIGHBORHOOD: The accommodation is located in a small and very quiet private development in the Victoria of Acentejo. The urbanization is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by an undeveloped landscape and located directly and exclusively on the cliffs that belong to the Natural Protected Space of Costa de Acentejo. Just a short drive from the freeway, the development is strategically placed to explore the island. North Airport and La Laguna are about 15 minutes away, beaches 10-15 min away, Puerto de la Cruz 12 min away and Santa Cruz 25 min away. Very close, about 3-5 minutes away, it has all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants, gas station, cafeteria, bars, shops, etc. La Victoria de Acentejo is situated in a landscape of lush greenery. It still retains an original style, with its homes , lifestyle, and gastronomy of the Canary Islands, so you can enjoy the experience of everyday life. The municipality has a privileged location on Tenerife's beautiful north coast. On the mountain slopes they grow and produce excellent wines. It is also one of the areas with the highest concentration of "Guanchinches" (typical restaurants and simple restaurants of Canarian food). On the other hand, the place is quite far from both the clouds that in the afternoon they get into the Teide in the west and the Anaga mountains in the east in the afternoon. That's why La Victoria de Acentejo is located in the heart of the sunniest area in the North. It is secluded from the main crowded tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is located in a strategic area, relatively close to the capital and the highway links with the south of the island. Every Saturday and Sunday there is a market of agricultural products where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly from the producers. It is recommended to have a car. The bus stop is 1.7 km away. To better discover the island it is recommended to rent a vehicle although you can also access most of the sights by bus.
