The apartment has TWO BEDROOMS and is the most IDEAL place to stay and visit Florence, In the heart of the city, near Ponte Vecchio. it is a quiet, elegant and relaxing apartment of 60 sqmt, tastefully restored with style and comfort. FLORENCE PITTI LOFT is ideal for guests who wish to enjoy life in the historical centre of Florence while staying in the "Oltrarno", " over the Arno riverside of Florence" as we say in Florence, considered by the Florentine themselves the "authentic" part of the City. FLORENCE PITTI LOFT is situated in a quiet area between PITTI PALACE and SANTO SPIRITO SQUARE, close to very elegant shops, antique shops, restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, groceries store... All major monuments such as Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo, the Accademia of Florence... can be reached within just a few minutes by simply taking short and nice walks from the apartment. By staying in Florence Pitti Loft it is an excellent start to enjoy the exciting and cultural City of Florence. Situated on the first floor, the Loft has two double bedrooms, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge and an elegant bathroom in refined Italian marble. The apartment has all the modern amenities such as air-conditioning, powerful wifi internet connection, independent heating, TV, safe, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing/tumble dryer, 5 ring stove, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, linens and towels. Upon request, we can make a table reservation for our guests at a fine but not formal restaurant, selected by us and near the Duomo, at a reasonable price, with special attention to our guests, where they can enjoy eating the delicious specialties of Tuscany: "Bistecca alla Fiorentina" ( T- Bone steak), pasta al tartufo (truffle pasta)... and much more! We can also arrange for our guests tours, starting at 9.30 and finishing at 4.00pm, a winery tour including the visit to an historical and prestigious Villa owned by an important noble Italian family, all on the same venue just outside Florence in splendid Tuscany. This include also a wine & olive oil tasting followed by a tasteful and an enjoyable Tuscan lunch, all in the in the amazingly beautiful Chianti region. Upon request, we can also reserve a parking place for our guest in a secure parking place at 50 meters from the apartment. I, together with Sondra, enjoy this job taking care at all times of our guests, starting from the booking process, then upon check-in, and are always ready and willing during their stay to suggest, give tips and recommendations and finally help them upon check-out, by ordering a taxi for them, if requested. We really feel very committed to them and love it due to our natural sense of hospitality. Their HAPPYNESS AND COMFORT ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY! Guest access The apartment is at their entire disposal. We welcome our guests with a nice bottle of red wine of Chianti as well as organic extra virgin olive oil, sweets and more! Moreover, we provide our guests all sorts of tips and recommendations to make their stay pleasant and memorable! We provide, if requested, a transportation service, a door to door service from and to the airport. Finally, we also arrange tours for our guests, wine & olive oil tasting, just outside Florence, in beautiful Chianti! FLORENCE PITTI LOFT will make you feel "at home" as it also has a library with art books and tourist guiding books that can be read and used during their stay. The Loft has a beautiful antic wooden ceilings, a wooden desk with Wi-Fi connection, a Smart TV with large screen and satellite channels including Netflix, prestigious antique pieces of furniture such as: a 18th. century monastery walnut table in the dining room, antique leather chairs , a bathroom in beautiful precious Italian marble, bedside tables in precious colored onyx, a brand-new large and functional kitchen, completely equipped, with a marble countertop. The loft has two bedrooms, with a large bed each, one bedroom is in the open space and the second bedroom is on the lower floor, that can be shut to preserve the best of comfort and privacy for all the guests. FLORENCE PITTI LOFT is in the historical centre of Florence in the ZTL Zone: (Zona a Traffico Limitato - Limited Traffic area) meaning that you are not allowed to enter this area using any kind of vehicle, unless you have a resident or a special authorization to do so. Other things to note 1) As FLORENCE PITTI LOFT is a self-catered apartment, we kindly ask you to let us have your train or flight schedule at least 4 days in advance in order to allow us to organize ourselves and properly plan your check-in. Thank you for letting us know in advance your arrival time. 2) IMPORTANT NOTICE: 3) We kindly ask you to keep the apt. clean and to behave in compliance with common sense and respect towards our neighbors. Please remember to remove the garbage daily and to switch off lights, A/C and close always windows when leaving the apt during the day as storms can happen suddenly causing heavy damages of both furniture and wooden floors. Grazie mille! 4) Smoking is allowed outside only, 5)Pets are unfortunately NOT allowed. 6) We all love this apartment and want to keep it as nice & comfortable as it is now, 7) DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No "feminine" products should be flushed at anytime as it can clog the septic system. Should this happen, we will have to charge you for the costs and the damage caused. 8) Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. If you need an extra cleaning, please ask it at the moment of the reservation to organize ourselves accordingly. 9) Thank you for keeping the property and all furnishings in good order, 10) Only use appliances for their intended uses, 11) Please, before leaving make sure the garbage and bottles have been removed and that the kitchen is left in good order.
