FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺ Other things to note - June 10th is Portugal Day (a national holiday) and June 13th is Saint Anthony’s Day, a public holiday in Lisbon. This is one of the liveliest times of the year, with street parties happening all over the city until dawn, especially in the oldest and most historic neighborhoods. Alfama and the Castle area, where the apartment is located, are right at the heart of the celebrations. Expect live music, dancing, food stalls, and lots of people in the streets. The festivities usually last about a week, with the busiest nights being June 9th–10th and June 12th–13th, as well as the surrounding weekends. The apartment has double-glazed soundproof windows, but on these nights the square outside turns into a true open-air party, with loud music until early morning, so sleeping can be difficult. If you love vibrant nightlife and want to experience Lisbon at its most festive, this is a great time to stay. If you’re looking for quiet nights and rest, we recommend choosing different dates or choosing one of our apartments located in other neighborhoods. - When making your reservation for more than two guests, please note that there is a small extra payment.
