The living room has direct access to the furnished balcony where you can take in the marvellous views of the sea. There is also a small open kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Machine, fridge, microwave and cutlery. A washing machine and a dryer can be found in the laundry room that is located downstairs. Weekly cleaning is not included in the rate. If guests require cleaning, they must request it in advance and pay the fee to confirm the service. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need that are not provided in the apartment at the time of check-in. Laundry facilities are located in an outdoor space across the yard, easily accessible to all guests. The laundry room is equipped with two washer and dryer towers, ensuring good availability.
