Top spot! Sea view apartment just 50 m from the beach

We rent our maritime, cozy furnished apartment with sea view in a perfect location on the beach of Chania / Crete The space The apartment has its own parking space, is only 50 m from the beach and only 900 m (10-15 minutes walk) from the historic old town of Chania. So, in a perfect location to combine beach and culture in one and still have the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and to park the car stress-free and safely. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (incl. elevator) is about 70 m², has 1 bedroom (bed: 160 x 200 cm), a large open living area with kitchen and also has 2 balconies (north and south) and both rooms have air conditioning. In the living room there is also a pull-out couch with 140 x 200 cm lying area, which makes the apartment ideal for 3 people. But 2 children or another couple also have space on the couch, so we also rent it for 4 people on request. From the bedroom, you can reach the north balcony. This is equipped with a small table (2 people) and has sea views to the Neo Chora sandy beach about 50 m away, the only direct swimming beach in Chania. From the kitchen/living room, you can reach the large south balcony overlooking the 2450 m high mountains "Lefka Ori" (depending on the season they are still covered with snow). There is a spacious lounge couch and a table with space for 4 people. The kitchen is new (2021), fully functional and fully equipped and has a large fridge with freezer. A filter coffee machine, microwave and kettle are also provided. The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and has a washing machine (new appliance since 10/22) and a shower. Each guest gets 1 small and 1 large towel per week. Smoke detectors, a hair dryer, snorkel sets and bath towels are also provided. You have to bring your own shampoo and in summer we recommend that you get a mosquito repellent. However, these only come out when there is no wind. All furniture is new, the apartment is lovingly furnished. There is Wi-Fi and German satellite TV.... A luggage scale, various travel guides, books and board games are also at your disposal. The final cleaning is € 70. We are happy to rent the apartment to loving hands, also long-term.... Guest access Your own parking space is right next to the front door. The apartment (2nd floor) can be reached via the stairs or elevator. Check-in is also possible in the absence and at night. Other things to note Chania Airport (CHQ) is 16 km (20-30 min drive) from the apartment. If you are arriving from Heraklion (HER) it is 143 km (about 2 hours drive) The apartment also features air conditioning which also serves as heating and can therefore also be used well over the winter.
