Beautiful cottage, spacious, bright, close to Nancy

Come and discover an intimate, spacious and warm gîte, accommodating up to 8 guests. Quiet, on the heights of an old, authentic and preserved winegrowers' village, it will offer you comfort, tranquility and serenity. Perfectly located, Chaligny is 14 km from the heart of Nancy, 8 km from the new thermal baths and 5 km from the Brabois University Hospital. For all amenities (hypermarkets, shops of all kinds...), you just have to go to the neighboring town less than a kilometer away. The space On the La BOUGERIE estate, Le Gîte Rafaèle can accommodate 1 to 8 guests and childcare equipment can be provided if you are accompanied by a toddler. You will be totally independent thanks to a separate entrance to the house. You will have a shared laundry room for both cottages, fully equipped, it is located between the 2 accommodations. Also in this hallway, you will have access to a bathroom and toilet that will be entirely reserved for you. PLEASE NOTE that this additional toilet and bathroom will be entirely reserved for you, but are outside the cottage. Our garage (2.70 m wide, 5 m long, 3 m high), will be reserved for you to park your vehicle as well as a space outside, in front of it. If there are more than 2 vehicles, you can find parking in front of the school on Rue des Martyrs, and parking on Rue du Réal, Rue des Auges and Rue de Clairlieu. These parking lots are more or less 100 m from the cottage. For camper vans, you will find parking at the town hall The Gîte Rafaèle is fully equipped to give you the freedom and autonomy you desire. Direct access to an outdoor area will offer you a terrace and a small perfectly equipped green area (garden furniture, parasol, sunbathing) for a real moment of relaxation! For the more athletic, a treadmill is available on the covered terrace and a mini foosball table to entertain young and old. Books, magazines, coloring books and board games are also available. Guest access The Rafaèle gîte is located in the second building, behind our home. We will be available but you will benefit from total autonomy thanks to our garage which will be exclusively reserved for you and direct access to the cottage through it (to load and unload your vehicle). Then pedestrian access via a corridor leading directly to the street will be available. Other things to note Caroline, a hotelier by training, a dietician by vocation, an epicurean by nature and a cook by passion, will be happy to share great culinary experiences with you. Thus, breakfasts and homemade picnic baskets will be offered, based on fresh, local and organic products (prices will be communicated on request). - Standard breakfast: fresh bread, hot drinks (tea, coffee, cocoa milk), local or homemade fruit juice, butter, homemade jams, Chaligny honey, - Enhanced breakfast = standard breakfast + options to choose from: Pastries, granola and homemade yogurt, savory preparations (cold meats, eggs, cheeses)… - Specific breakfasts: Vegetarian, dietetic, sports... - Packed lunches: choice of starter/main course/dessert to be decided on site.
