Our house has been an old wine estate for 5 generations. We are located in a small village of Blayais with several convenience stores including pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocery store... The 90 m² cottage occupies the west side of the farmhouse. You will enjoy sumptuous sunsets. It's a quiet, authentic place, an ideal base for following the wine routes and enjoying tastings. We are 40 minutes from St Emilon. The space We restored this part with noble materials, such as lime, stone, and wood, which preserve the old and authentic side of this family home. My guests feel comfortable and find that this house has a soul! That's how I feel too. The furniture is old, family-owned, except for a few contemporary pieces. Our furnished tourist accommodation has just been awarded 3 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟!! This is a great reward for our efforts! Guest access Access is via the veranda of the cottage. Most of the time, we welcome our guests. If you plan to arrive late, or if we are unable to accommodate you, there is a lockbox to the left of the door. In this case, we will agree by message before your arrival. Other things to note Pets are also allowed. Beyond a pet, please contact us. A bicycle garage is available for your use with an electrical outlet for batteries.
