This three bedroom cottage has been styled to create a warm and cosy 'farmhouse' atmosphere and offers an excellent standard of fittings and furnishings throughout. With underfloor heating, a log burning stove in the living room, country views from all windows, a wood fired hot tub and riverside walks on the doorstep, Ivy Cottage is an ideal property to escape to for some peace and quiet away from your busy life! Accommodation This three bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage is ideally suited for a countryside escape with family or friends. The cottage has its own dedicated outside space with outdoor seating, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and a wood fired hot tub Additional facilities Camden Farm Barns comprises seven properties in total and boasts a large estate complete with football pitch and canopy covered open games space, great for rainy day activities including ping pong and table football. Being just a short walk from the river, during spring and summer guests can rent a paddle board or hire the ex-MOD truck, 'The Goose', which sits on the riverbank, great for a picnic or BBQ. From August 2025, a six-person infrared sauna with shower will be available (see Finer Details) All of these facilities are offered on a complimentary basis, and are bookable upon arrival at Camden Farm Barns, subject to availability and weather conditions Guest access Guest access information is provided in the welcome letter Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £60 per booking per dog.
