Sea Salt is a brand-new house located only 300m from the iconic Goolwa Surf Beach. It is a purpose built Beach House easily sleeping 12, with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms & 2 living areas (both with full kitchen facilities), making this high-end beach house an ideal getaway for 2-3 families in comfort. The warm outdoor shower & bath will be irresistible when you return from the beach or have a wine at the fire pit. Free Wi-Fi and quality bed linen and towels are included (guests to make-up beds). The space And then there’s the VIEW over the sand dunes back dropped by the ocean and rolling into the Tokuremoar Reserve. From the large picture windows in both living areas and 3 of the bedrooms, you’ll watch the kangaroos and ibis feed as the sun sets across the hills. Enjoyed in comfort during winter or on one of the 3 decks on a warm summers night. Once the sun’s gone down, relax around the fire pit with a wine or even toast marshmallows. So whether you enjoy surfing, cockling for pipis, cycling, strolls up the beach, a 4WD to the Murray Mouth, sailing on Lake Alexandrina or just relaxing, this location is perfect for all. 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens and 3.5 bathrooms Upstairs offers a large light filled open plan living, kitchen, dining area with panoramic views, daybed, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning & an office nook. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and large family sized fridge freezer. The master Bedroom has a Queen bed, large picture window and luxury ensuite. A second Bedroom upstairs can be configured as a King bed or 2 Singles and also has a large Bathroom just next door. Large stacking sliding doors open to decks on either side of the living space, so you can always find a sheltered spot to relax while still admiring the panoramic view. Downstairs there is a second living area complete with a second fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and full size fridge. This living area opens onto a large sun filled deck on the ocean side offering uninterrupted views across the reserve to the sand dunes and also to a private sheltered alfresco. A Wii gaming console has been provided with a variety of games for the whole family to enjoy along with Free Unlimited WiFi to entertain the whole family. There are 3 further bedrooms downstairs, 2 Queen rooms with large picture windows and a large bunk room sleeping 4. Upon request, a porta-cot or trundle bed & highchair can also be supplied without extra charge. With the 3rd Bathroom, separate toilet and laundry downstairs there is certainly plenty of room for all the family & friends! We arrange delivery of locally sourced hire linen to ensure the highest quality & freshest linen for each stay, but if you'd prefer to not lift a finger, talk to us about an extra service to have the beds made prior to your arrival.
