The interior of this gîte has been designed with your convenience in mind. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, complemented by a plentiful supply of dishes and cutlery. A comfortable dining table with four chairs is ready for your meals. For relaxation, there is a cozy sitting area, next to the sleeping corner with a comfortable double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. A bathroom with a shower and sitting bath completes the furnishings. The washing machine is for communal use in the building, making it practical for longer stays. Outside, you are greeted by a private, sunny terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the peace and the natural surroundings. In addition, the gîte offers access to a garden for communal use, where you can relax and breathe in the fresh outdoor air. For those with an electric car, a charging station is available, making your stay even more carefree. The homeowner lives on the property, providing a personal touch and easy access to assistance if needed. Discover the soothing surroundings, with no youth groups allowed, for a guaranteed tranquil stay. Le Manoir is in a quiet and rural location, amidst fields and forests. The one-hectare garden has several sitting areas, both in the shade and in the sunshine, a stretch of oak forest and a big sunny terrace by the swimming pool. The south-facing terrace looks out at the interior courtyard and the green valley. The swimming pool is on the other side of the building. The terrace affords a view of the Borrèze valley, a tributary to the Dordogne. The country house dates back to the 19th century and has a shared pool (6 x 12 metres). This house has a total of two small and three big gîtes. It is far away from hustle and bustle, but the centre of Souillac with shops and restaurants is only about four kilometres away. There are many places of interest, such as Rocamadour, Sarlat, Domme, Beynac etc. Souillac has its own motorway exit, so it is quite easy to get to Brive-La-Gaillarde or Cahors. You can share use of a washing machine. The general laundry room also has a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
