At Belvedere Electricity is 100% from renewable sources! :-) The space 'Al Belvedere' is a reserved apartment, inside the original ancient walls, on the ground floor of a typical pink stone building of Subasio, with its origins in the late '600, which is accessed through a small courtyard by Via Cappuccini. It is one of the few apartments on this side of Spello with a large terrace open on the vast panorama. The ceiling is made of terracotta brick voults and the floor with genuine ancient "pianelle". The large terrace overlooking the valley of Assisi is a strenght. Right in front of it, with its Basilica, Santa Maria degli Angeli is visible as Bevagna and, on clear days, Perugia. The sunsets you enjoy on the terrace are breathtaking. Finally, the 7th century structure with very thick walls makes the apartment very fresh… there is no need for air conditioning! You sleep with a light blanket even in full summer, to the benefit of silence and healthiness! ;-) Guest access The entire apartment is available. The terrace is for exclusive use.
