Ericùssa has two independent rooms and two terraces with views of the sea and Salina. Bedroom with large double bed (can be split into 2 singles), bathroom with shower. Covered terrace with loungers, second terrace with dining area and washing machine. Living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa and TV. Air conditioning. Beach 10 m away. The space The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine on the terrace. The house comes fully furnished and is also equipped with tablecloths, tea towels and blankets. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a large double bed. Wi-Fi coverage is only available on the two terraces. The flat has air conditioning/heat pumps in all rooms and fans and mosquito nets. From the flat there is access to the beach below via a short flight of steps (10 metres). It is possible to park on the street below the house or nearby. the flat comes furnished and equipped with tablecloths and tea towels. The flat price includes final cleaning, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed and bathroom linen (first set), TV (SAT) and Wi-Fi. Additional bed and bath linen is provided on request at an extra charge of €10 per person, per change, payable locally. Guest access Access allowed to the areas of relevance of the apartment as described on the announcement , plus the staircase leading to direct access to the sea. Other things to note The house is fully furnished and equipped with a set of tablecloths, tea towels and blankets. Should a second set of sheets and towels be required, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest).
