Next to the villa (see floor plan, last photo), there is a DETACHED STUDIO (as luxurious as the villa) with a double bed, shower, kitchen and lounge, if the rental requires 9 persons. In the event that extra beds are required, there are 2 new three-sitter couches (in the lounch of the studio) which convert into semi-double beds (1.40 m wide) and can accommodate 4 persons more. The studio is not given independently but only on demand of the client who has rented the villa. All rooms (bedrooms, lounge rooms etc.) are fully air-conditioned and are free of charge.
