3 Bedroom Villa with Secluded Pool near the Centre

This beautiful modern villa is located in the Ortaalan district of Kalkan, has three bedrooms and a capacity for 6 guests. Air-conditoned throughout, the accomodation comprises of a large open plan kitchen / dining lounge area which opens directly onto the pool terrace. Here guests can enjoy the views whilst relaxing infont of the large flat screen tv. On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom each with balconies, good sea views and modern en-suite bathrooms. The space On the top floor there is a double bedroom, again with an en-suite bathroom. This spacious bedroom opens onto a lovely roof terrace where guests can enjoy magnificent views out over Kalkan Bay. The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival . Guest access Outdoors everything has been provided for the maximum enjoyment of our guests. There is an alfresco dining area, sunloungers, BBQ and parasols. The pool is 9 x 3 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.7 metres. The relative lack of buildings around this villa provides a fairly secluded location and with the use of a curtain system it is possible to screen the pool completely from outside view. Thus making this villa suitable for guests looking for a high degree of privacy for religious or any other reason. The villa has a wi-fiinternet connection and street side parking adjacent to the villa . Bein approximately 1.5 km from the centre it would be possible for guests to walk into Kalkan centre from the villa, but due to the hilly nature of Kalkan, mosts guests would probably prefer to use the reasonably priced taxis for their return journey.
