Take your whole family or friends with you on a well-deserved vacation and relax away from all the big city noise. Not far from the most beautiful sandy beaches, the Jasmund National Park and the sights of the island, the vacation home is located in the quiet village of Sagard. The space The double vacation house Fiete comprises the two separate units Fiete 1 and Fiete 2, whose room layout is identical. The vacation home stretches over 2 floors with an unobstructed view of the Brunnenaue park. The small garden with a sunny, sheltered seating area invites you to relax. Each of the two units is spacious with 120 square meters of living space for up to 8 guests and well equipped: 3 separate bedrooms, large living area with adjoining separate dining room and Wi-Fi. The units each offer the following amenities: Three separate bedrooms, a large living area with adjoining dining area, fitted kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer, Wi-Fi, garden with beach chair and lounge furniture, barbecue area, free parking spaces in front of the house and a lockable garage for bicycles. Ground floor: Large hallway, kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, modern ceramic hob. Plenty of storage space and work space are provided. The adjacent bright and light-flooded dining and living area with large windows offers plenty of space, comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Top floor: On this floor there is a spacious family bedroom with two single beds (Fiete 1) or a double bed (180 x 200 cm) (Fiete 2) and a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Another master bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) overlooking the garden towards the "Brunnenaue" park. Another bedroom for another 2 guests (double bed 180 x 200 cm) with another TV. You also have a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, two sinks and hairdryer. All living rooms and bedrooms have windows with privacy and insect protection. Utility room and bicycle storage room in the basement: There you can use a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. In the lockable garage, you can park your bicycles or store or dry your fishing accessories/fishing gear. Family-friendly: The house is child-friendly equipped with children's dishes, children's cutlery, with toys for the younger and board games for the older children. In the garden there are exercise toys (scooter, balance bike, various Bobby Car models, etc.) for different age groups. In the bicycle garage there is a large handcart (seats for 4 small children) for free use. Cots and high chairs are provided upon prior request. The property is fenced. In the garden there is also a trampoline since this year. Pets: Guests with pets are welcome. Guest access You book the whole house - so you don't have to share the place with others. The house includes 4 parking spaces, a garden with a trampoline, sand shell and garden furniture, as well as an additional laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
