Along with the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen area, our well-appointed cottage is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort year-round. With space to accommodate up to 4 guests (though it's best suited to 2 adults), the cottage features a cozy lounge area and all the necessities you'll need to feel right at home. Take advantage of our close proximity to the cycle trails that lead to stunning scenery and local wineries – we even have 3 bikes available for hire at just $30 per day, per bike. You're also just a short walk away from the Clive river and beach, where you can take in the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. Stroll down to the local pub, cafe or restaurant if you don't feel like cooking, and enjoy the atmosphere of our local village. We provide all the essentials, including linen, tea, coffee, milk, oil, salt, and pepper, and our cleaning service is included in the cost of your stay. Please note that our cottage is not suitable for children, but we welcome adults looking for a peaceful retreat. Guest access The native garden is shared with the main house and is for you to enjoy at your leisure, just wander through. Outdoor fire place and area is yours to enjoy. Outdoor bath is also available to relax in of an evening. (NOTE: outdoor bath is being renovated at present and not available) Other things to note Not suitable for children.
